Gemini Horoscope for week of July 5, 2007

Verticle Oracle card Gemini (May 21-June 20)
You may think that the lights you see in the night sky are single stars, but most of them are not. They are binary systems, with two stars orbiting around a common gravitational center. Our lonely sun, with no companion sun, is a rarity. Unless, that is, we've been overlooking clues that our sun does in fact has a twin. Although the jury is still out, circumstantial evidence is mounting that our system is binary, and that somewhere out there way beyond Pluto is a brown dwarf star carrying on a secret relationship with our sun. If it exists, it's relatively cool and small for a star, and difficult to see, which would explain why we haven't actually detected it yet. Now I'm suggesting that something similar may be true about your life, Gemini: that you have long had a shadowy link with a counterpart whose destiny is intimately interwoven with yours. If you're ever destined to forge a more conscious connection with each other, it will be in the second half of 2007. And the initial breakthrough would occur soon.

Gemini sexuality

In Too lazy to assign a category on March 17, 2007 at 12:00 pm

Your sexuality is, well, shall we say, fickle? Let's face it, you do blow hot and cold (sometimes even at the same time, a feat not easily appreciable by the non-Geminian…). You love adventure and intrigue and will take all manner of risks in the runaround involved with your urgent desire to avoid boredom. Ruled by Mercury, the god (among other things) of tricksters and thieves, you are far from straightforward and uncomplicated in the pursuit of your desires.

Your penchant for variety and need for constant stimulation often finds you the strangest bedfellows. The main requirement is verbal communication. If they can talk, they can talk you into it (and vice versa). Your greatest aphrodisiac is a partner (or partners) with a flashing wit, quick mind and tolerant appreciation of your sparkling insights and observations of the bizarre trends in human behaviour.

Sexually you are adventurous and will try anything that is exciting, new, or off the beaten track. So long as it involves another stimulating item to add to your repertoire, just about any sexual height can be attained, providing that it does not become habitual.

You tend to be ambi-sexual and are not unduly averse to multiple partners of either sex, should they fit the needs of the moment and spark up one or another side of your often contradictory nature.

Admirers should be aware that your dual nature may not be satisfied with just one partner. You are tolerant of most things (including infidelity, but excepting dullness!) and you expect the same tolerance that you allow others.

Gemini Horoscope for week of March 8, 2007

Verticle Oracle card Gemini (May 21-June 20)
If given three wishes by a fairy godmother, as in the heroes of old fairy tales, you probably wouldn't ask for the ability to fly or the power to turn invisible or the gift of a golden carriage pulled by eight white horses crowned with white ostrich feathers. But what would you choose? Something like "I wish I could solve my relationship problems"? Or maybe "I wish I could find my direction in life," or "I wish I had enough money to do the things I love to do"? This is an excellent time to get clear about your three wishes, Gemini. If you do, I can almost guarantee that at least one of them will come closer to fulfillment in the coming weeks.

Gemini Relationships

In Too lazy to assign a category on January 27, 2007 at 7:54 pm

You have a charming and witty manner, with which you are able to talk your way into and out of all manner of sexual situations. Actually, you are really rather more interested in talking about it than in actually doing it, if the truth be known. Gemini loves to talk about it, so the way to the Geminian heart is through the head, for your inclination is to express your emotions in words, filtering your feelings through your intellect. Some call this shallow, but you prefer to call it intelligent and analytical, in your wide-ranging pursuit of understanding…

Gemini, although a masculine (yang) sign, is dual by nature and inclination. So in relationship, Gemini, the communicator of the zodiac, is very likely to be attracted to or involved with more than one partner at a time. Because Gemini is not above a little innocent deception, this penchant for multiplicity can make you rather divorce prone.

However, you probably think that the joys of a ménage a trois more than make up for any risks involved. You are an exciting companion and in return you crave excitement and variety. Moreover, you operate on the understanding that you'll easily be able to smoothe over troubled waters with your silver tongue – and you are tolerant of the peccadillos of your partners, so long as they are not stolid or boring.

Gemini is a mutable sign, so you are best involved with a steadier, stronger personality who will tolerate and enjoy your butterfly socialising, yet still be there for you when the cards have all blown down. You are willing to experiment with all manner of relationship styles and so long as your partner is articulate, tolerant, exciting, adventurous and willing to get it over with and get onto the real business of talking about it, you'll be ecstatic.

QotD: Anywhere But Here

Would you rather go back in time or visit the future?
Submitted by Auds.

"Some people experiment with 'past life regression'. Using hypnotherapy or some other tool for entering a trance they gain vivid impressions of other people, at other times, leading other lives. They feel that what they are seeing is happening to them. Is it imagination? Is it a kind of telepathy that travels over time? Is it a genuine glimpse of a previous existence? Whatever it is, it is of novelty value only. It's who you are in this life that matters – and who you are about to become."

My horoscope for today seems to suggest I should be visiting the future *grin*

(May 22 – June 22) We have, scientists inform us, less chance of winning the lottery than of being abducted by aliens. How can they know when there is, allegedly, no proof of alien life? Unless, perhaps, scientists are aliens. That would explain a lot. I wonder, though, whether perhaps there is a resolution fairy, floating in the sky? What if, each year, she singles out one of us for special attention and actually makes sure that our promise comes true? Against amazing odds you are going to achieve what you set out to do this year.

Good Advice

Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Happy Holy Daze, Gemini! I've been thinking about the perfect holiday gift for you to give yourself. Considering the cosmic currents in 2007, what offering would be most appropriate? The answer is a magic mirror. Why? Because I think you should look at your reflection more often in the coming year. Gaze more deeply into your own eyes and try harder to find out who's really there inside you. Talk to yourself pointedly while you're in front of your magic mirror; ask yourself probing questions. And every now and then, press up close to your reflection for a kiss.

Gemini Horoscope for week of December 14, 2006

Verticle Oracle card Gemini (May 21-June 20)
"God was a little too busy to do anything about the genocide in Darfur last weekend," reported a while back, "but did manage, during a snowstorm in Buffalo, to leave fallen tree limbs in the form of a crucifix on a statue of Jesus." That's a mean-spirited interpretation of the Divine Wow's behavior, although it's funny in a snarky kind of way. Your assignment in the coming week, on the other hand, is to joke about spiritual matters with a more generous attitude. It's prime time for you to be humorously amazed by the tricky enigmas of creation.
